65th International Toy Fair
in Nürnberg
In 2014, Loquai Holzkunst was able to compete for the 65th time at the 65th International Toy Fair in Nuremberg.
This makes the company one of just 24 others that have exhibited at all 65 trade fairs. Like Loquai, 13 of these 25 companies are still managed by the same family business.
The company can also look back on 80 years of company history this year.
When honoring the exhibitors' anniversaries, Managing Partner Horst Loquai accepted a certificate and thanks from the toy fair.
Senior Andreas Loquai held the welcome speech for the anniversary exhibitors.
He is still the last living person to have attended all of the Masses.
Back then, at the first trade fair in 1950, as a 14-year-old in his first year of training, he was already able to get his first taste of trade fair air.
